Cancellations

In consideration of our other guests and our technicians, please give a 24-hour notice of any cancellation. Reminder calls are made 24 hours in advance. A credit card is required to secure multiple service appointments. No shows will be charged full service price of the appointment. We cannot foresee interrupted appointments due to inclement weather, sickness, death, etc. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, we will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment(s) in a timely and satisfactory manner.
